Fidel Samour brought his namesake coffee shop to the East Village and created an anchor spot that has helped to lead to a revitalization of the neighborhood. This shop contains one of the most inviting pastry cases filled with specialties like salted caramel brownies, fresh bagels, and monkey bread muffins. The location houses the coffee roaster turning out the specialty roasted beans that can be purchased by the pound. Powered by a full complement of lattes, coffee, and seasonal drinks, the modern space is taken to another level when the garage door is opened to create a relaxing open-air environment.

The new kid on the coffee scene in Little Rock opened in June 2023, but is already one of the top choices for a caffeine fix. The shop is located in the new upcoming Pettaway district and it has an amazing atmosphere. The bright yellow tables and relaxing open-air vibe pair perfectly with the coffee selection. Co-owner Aaron Long is a master behind the bar, with exceptional lattes and curated coffee selections. The real star here in the summer months is the coffee soda, a refreshing blend of bubbles, sweetness, and cold brew that is delightful. Embrace your dark side and visit the newer Star Wars themed Dark Side Lounge. You can also drive a bit farther down the road to their small drive-thru kiosk location. Either way, the full lineup of latte drinks is on the sweeter side, but the house roasted coffee still shines through. Three different blends are available to purchase. The express location opens early at five in the morning, and the lounge stays open until ten at night, meaning you can enjoy their drinks whenever the craving hits.

Mylo Coffee Co., born from a farmer’s market vendor into a Hillcrest icon, stays true to its roots even today. Supporting local farmers, they believe in small batch baking and genuine care in handcrafted coffees.
