Ten years ago, Three Fold opened its doors in downtown Little Rock and started showcasing its traditional Chinese noodle and dumpling menu to immediate fanfare. After surviving the pandemic and opening a second location in 2022, Owner Lisa Zhang and GM Rebecca Yan are ushering in a new era with an expanded and revamped menu.

While change can be difficult, Three Fold constantly evolves, always pushing for new and inventive takes on Chinese dishes. This has expanded to their amazing coffee menu featuring unique tea and espresso drinks like the Yuanyang or Brown Sugar Ginger Lattes. That menu was accompanied by a full breakfast menu featured at their Pleasant Ridge location. Our favorites include the Bing Wrap or the Milk Bread Toast.
The Pleasant Ridge location is also home to its unique cocktail menu, featuring more American and Chinese blended flavors in drinks such as the Eastern Julep or Plum Old Fashioned.
The new menu will be expanded to showcase more regions of Chinese cuisine and is sure to include new favorites to pair with their classics. We are particularly excited for more customization of their noodles and dumplings, and the street food options hitting the menu.

Over the past decade, Three Fold has been dedicated to serving the Little Rock community, providing a window into the diverse world of Chinese cuisine. Since opening its doors in 2015, Three Fold has consistently sought to introduce Chinese “pastry” dishes, such as noodles, dumplings, and buns, rooted in regional Chinese cuisine. These dishes range from Northeastern China’s dumplings and steamed buns to Southwestern China’s Beef Noodle Soup.
To further its original mission after a decade of service, Three Fold is embarking on a menu revamp so as to introduce a wider selection of regional Chinese cuisine, all the same focusing on noodles and dumplings. This expansion encompasses flavors from Sichuan and Shanghai, complemented by small bites inspired by Chinese street food. Notably, Three Fold plans to introduce steamed dumplings, served in bamboo steamers, which will enhance the aromatic experience of this beloved dish.
The new menu will be unveiled in phases, commencing with the lunch and dinner menu, followed by the breakfast menu (offered exclusively at the Pleasant Ridge location), and concluding with the beverage program. Starting this week, Three Fold will slowly phase out one item from its current menu to accommodate the new dishes. Don’t miss out on your Three Fold favorites before they’re gone forever!
