Turn onto Olive Street and look for the purple and yellow metal building. It is all about getting cajunized at this restaurant and daiquiri bar. Louisiana Cajun cooking is the star here, with huge portions of seasoned Cajun seafood dishes. A daily rotating menu awaits, like Thursday’s loaded spuds topped with Cajun surf & turf. When the weekend rolls around, Cajun shrimp boils and seafood boxes are the must orders. Don’t forget the banana pudding, it’s the best in town.

Owner Conan Robinson and Four Quarter Bar have created one of the best vibes for a bar in town. While most people know it as a great local bar and live music joint, the small and eclectic menu really excels at perfecting every dish. Smoked cheddar meatloaf, pulled pork hash, or the signature smoked and fried wings are all worthy options to try. The bar is open until 2 AM every night, and the kitchen is serving up the menu until 1:30 AM. There aren’t many better options for high-quality foods after midnight.

Nestled at the end of a non-descript strip mall in West Little Rock lies possibly the best authentic Mexican food in Little Rock. While the small restaurant still fills up during lunch, many people have yet to experience this true hidden gem. The menu is large and the portions are even bigger, especially for the price. The authentic tortilla and spicy habanero salsa of the shrimp burrito make this a great item to order, while the tostadas are filling and fresh. Pair it with their house-made horchata for an awesome meal.

Not many office buildings contain restaurants as great as Milford Track. Blink and you will miss this small diner tucked on the bottom floor of the building. Once you find it, order the large pasta dishes that are made fresh to order with a variety of sauce combinations. The house made desserts rotate regularly, and are great to order for an afternoon treat.

Another hidden office building restaurant, this small restaurant turns out an impressive selection of Mediterranean dishes for lunch and dinner. Dinner reservations are generally preferred in this quaint restaurant, but the service and food are worth reserving a table for. The menu contains a selection of classic veal dishes and Mediterranean pasta dishes like the vegetable and basil cream sauce Capellini Terrace. There is an impressive wine list and house desserts that are worth saving room for after a relaxing meal here.

This is a true throwback diner located around the warehouses and businesses of East End that does everything exactly how one would want. Breakfast starts at 6 AM, and contains all the classics like omelets, biscuits and gravy, or French toast. For lunch, burgers, club sandwiches, and salads are standard fare. The pies and desserts are truly some of the best around. The selection rotates frequently, but we have never had a bad option on our visits.
